Finally when the device is ready for dispatch (usually the same day we receive it) you will be notified again with a tracking number so you can arrange for its return.

We have specialist in house engineers and technicians who have a very high success rate in repairing devices, although in some cases a minority of devices cannot be repaired, due to the extent of damage they are beyond economic repair. If this is the case, we will post your device back to you and offer a full refund of your payment minus the return postage cost. If the device can be repaired but needs more parts to do the job, our engineers will call you first to explain this before any work is carried out.

What a great service! I've just had my son's Hudl charging socket replaced and couldn't recommend these guys highly enough. Wanted to check out who they were so tried to ring the mobile number - with no answer. So tried emailing. They got to me straightaway. Duly sent off the Hudl and they had it back to me within two days, which seemed to be quicker than it was possible to do with the post!

Absolutely amazing service. Son broke charging port late Thursday. Found this website, posted Hudl off at 4.30pm on Thursday, received email on Friday at 1pm to say device fixed and despatched, had it back Saturday morning. I can't fault this place once little bit. I bought 3 hudls last Christmas and all of them failed to charge. Googled the issue on line and immediately this workshop came up. I purchased the service(*3) followed the instructions, sent the hudls Wednesday afternoon, received an email to say received. Another email shortly after saying despatched. I took delivery Friday morning promptly charged the hudl and all working perfectly. Fantastic -money well spent thank you *****

I sent my Hudl out (2nd class as I was fairly unmoved by all the claims on the site) on a Monday. It would have got there till Wednesday. Wednesday lunchtime I checked my email without any thought and I had two mails from Mobile Device Workshop. I expected the first one to say we've received your Hudl but no. The first mail said 'we've completed your repair' and the second said despatched! Hudl came home on Thursday (signed for) fully repaired. I would highly recommend this service.
