Credit Card/Debit Card Details
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
We may gather information about your general Internet use by using the cookie. Where used, these cookies are downloaded to your computer and stored on the computer’s hard drive. Such information will not identify you personally. It is statistical data. This statistical data does not identify any personal details whatsoever.
Use of Your Information
We use the information that we collect from you to provide our services to you. In addition to this we may use the information for one or more of the following purposes:
- To provide information to you that you request from us relating to our products or services.
- To provide information to you relating to other products that may be of interest to you. Such additional information will only be provided where you have consented to receive such information.
- To inform you of any changes to our website, services or goods and products.
If you have previously purchased goods or services from us we may provide to you details of similar goods or services, or other goods and services, that you may be interested in.
We never give your details to third parties to use your data to enable them to provide you with information regarding unrelated goods and services.
Storing Your Personal Data
In operating our website it may become necessary to transfer data that we collect from you to locations outside of the European Union for processing and storing. By providing your personal data to us, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We do our upmost to ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to make sure that your data is treated stored securely.
Unfortunately the sending of information via the Internet is not totally secure and on occasion such information can be intercepted. We cannot guarantee the security of data that you choose to send us electronically, sending such information is entirely at your own risk.

- In the event that we sell any or all of our business to the buyer.
- Where we are legally required by law to disclose your personal information.
- To further fraud protection and reduce the risk of fraud.

Access to Information
In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 you have the right to access any information that we hold relating to you. Please note that we reserve the right to charge a fee of £10 to cover costs incurred by us in providing you with the information.
Agreement for repair
All repairs (unless otherwise stated)
This Agreement shall commence from the date you pass the device to Mobile Device Workshop and shall continue until we have repaired or otherwise returned your device/equipment, whichever is sooner, and received any payment due from you.
We shall make all reasonable efforts to repair your device subject to the availability of any parts required and/or the terms of any relevant guarantee or warranty. We shall perform the services using our reasonable care and skill.
Any time estimate for completion of the service which may be given to you is an estimate only and does not form any obligation under the terms of this agreement.
We shall notify you when the device has been repaired and is available for collection/postage. If you do not collect/pay for return postage for the device within 90 days, we may dispose of the devices/equipment. Any sum obtained on disposal will be used to meet any unpaid estimate or repair charges you are liable to pay and any remaining balance will be sent to you or will remain payable by you accordingly.
If we are unable to complete the service for any reason, or the service will incur further costs payable by you, we will notify you immediately.
Our out of warranty/chargeable repairs are guaranteed for 90 days from the date the device is returned to you from our offices. If the Equipment develops an additional fault unrelated to the original repair, the repair warranty contained in this paragraph will not apply. The warranty includes the repaired part(s) only and does not include further damage to the repaired part(s). We are not liable for the postage costs of getting the device to us, but we do cover return postage for warranty repairs only.
The 90 Day Warranty does not apply if the device has been subject to further accidental damage post-repair. For clarification, the definition for accidental damage includes (but is not limited to) cracked screens, dented frame’s and any other form of drop or impact.
Where repair is to be carried out under a relevant guarantee or warranty, we may ask you to provide sufficient proof of any guarantee or warranty.
If the nature of the repair falls outside the terms of your warranty or guarantee, then you may incur a charge for the repair under the terms. We will endeavor to notify you of any such charge prior to undertaking any work.
If the repair to your Equipment is not covered by a guarantee or warranty or the nature of the repair is beyond any terms of your guarantee or warranty we will charge you for the repair in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
The cost of repair will be calculated where possible in accordance with our standard charges as published from time to time.
If we are unable to repair your device, no fault is found on your device or you do not accept our estimate, we will return your device to you un-repaired and we reserve the right to charge you a return delivery fee of £5
We may keep your device until all charges payable have been paid. We may also charge an additional fee for storage of your device.
Our entire liability in respect of any single cause of action arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or its subject matter (whether for breach of contract, tort, including negligence, statute or otherwise at all) shall be limited, to the extent that the cause of action related to our supply of the Services, at our option to: (a) supplying the Services again; (b) payment of the cost of having the Services supplied again; or (c) repaying to you any amount that you have paid in respect of the Services.
We are not liable for any damages to your device before receiving the device, during the repair process (whilst in our possession) as all repairs are done at your own risk, or in the process of its return to your location (in the post).
If the device has been damaged on its return, the onus is on you (the customer) to contact the couriers in charge of returning the parcel and start the claims process.
Any data or information that you may have stored on the Equipment shall remain your sole responsibility and we accept no liability for loss or corruption of such data howsoever caused. It is your responsibility to keep a record of any such data.
In no circumstance shall we be liable to you for any indirect, special or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any loss of business, revenue, profits, anticipated savings, goodwill or any other indirect or consequential loss or damage howsoever arising.
Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, all representations, conditions and warranties, whether express or implied (by statute or otherwise) are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We shall not be liable for any claim arising under this Agreement unless you give us written notice of the claim within three (3) months of becoming aware of the circumstances giving rise to the claim or, if earlier, three (3) months from the time you ought reasonably to have become aware of such circumstances.

We aim to deliver your device back to you as soon as possible.
We use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded which usually takes anything from 1-5 working days to arrive, however it can take up to 2-3 weeks in some cases. This is why we reccomend you take advantage of the Royal Mail Special Delivery option for an additional £5 which Royal Mail Guarantees a next day delivery service excluding weekends and public holidays.
If your device has a fault related to our repair within 90 days from your order date, we will look at it again for you free of charge, however you as the customer is responsible for postage costs incurred both ways to us and back to you.
Refund / Cancellation Policy;
If you have purcahsed a product/service by mistake you can request that we refund you by emailing us or contacting us via phone. We will offer you a full refund of the cost of the product/service minus a 10% administation fee.
If your device reaches our workshop and we find that it is beyond repair or that there are other problems or that we are unable to repair the device for whatever reason, we will offer you a full refund minus the cost of return postage which can range from £4-£10 depending on the postal method.
